How we handle your information

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we get what you enter: your name, email, company, phone number if you give it, and your answers about your business. The form is delivered to us by email through Resend.

The site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and it does not identify you.

If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel record the pages you visit and whether you sent the contact form. We use this to see which pages and ads bring people to us.

If you decline, neither one sends anything. To change your choice, use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.

What we do with it

We use your details to run the call and follow up on what you asked about. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Email

We follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). Every email from us says who sent it and how to unsubscribe. We act on an unsubscribe request within 10 business days.

Who else sees it

The companies that run our hosting (Vercel), form delivery (Resend), email, analytics (Google) and advertising (Meta). Some of them store data outside Canada.

Your rights

You can ask to see, fix or delete what we hold about you. Email hello@cantransform.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
