Who we work with

AI for Canadian technology companies

Technology companies often build AI into their product but still run the business on manual reports and handoffs. We fix the operating side.

Projects

Where AI pays off first in technology

Revenue reporting

Today. Recurring revenue, churn and expansion are rebuilt in spreadsheets each month.

After. Revenue metrics come straight from billing and your CRM, and they match finance.

Sales pipeline

Today. Forecasts depend on how up to date each rep keeps the CRM.

After. Pipeline data is kept clean automatically, and the forecast shows what changed since last week.

Customer support

Today. Agents answer the same questions from the same documents every day.

After. Routine tickets are answered from your documentation, and agents handle the rest.

Product usage data

Today. Usage sits in the product database, and nobody outside engineering can query it.

After. Usage is joined to accounts, so sales and success teams see who is at risk and who is ready to grow.

Example project. A software company rebuilds its board revenue report every month. The first project calculates recurring revenue and churn directly from billing, so the report is ready on day one. This is an illustration, not a client.

Systems

Built on the systems you already run

Funding

Funding that can fit these projects

We scope the project first, then check these programs. Only programs marked "Grant" are grants.

For technology companies, research programs often fit better than adoption programs. IRAP, SR&ED and Mitacs fund your own development work.

Funds your own technology development, with an advisor assigned to your company.

    Amount: Set project by project.

  • SR&ED tax incentiveOpen Tax credit

Questions

Common questions

We already have a data team. Where do you fit?

We build the pipelines and definitions your team would otherwise spend a quarter on, then hand them over.

Do you build AI features into our product?

Our focus is the operating side: revenue, sales, support and finance. We can advise on product work, but we do not own your roadmap.

Answer a few questions about the project. We reply with a first scope and the funding that fits it. Funding is never guaranteed, and we tell you when a program is not a good fit.
