Who we work with

AI for Canadian forestry and resource companies

Remote sites, heavy equipment and strict reporting rules make paper the default. That is the first thing to change.

Projects

Where AI pays off first in forestry and resources

Equipment maintenance

Today. Heavy equipment is serviced on a schedule or after it breaks down.

After. Work orders, hours and inspection notes point to the machines most likely to fail next.

Safety reporting

Today. Incidents and inspections are recorded on paper and typed up later.

After. Reports are captured on site, even offline, and trends are visible each week.

Production and yield

Today. Yield and downtime are tallied at the end of a shift by hand.

After. Production, downtime and yield are reported by shift and by machine.

Compliance records

Today. Permit and environmental records are assembled by hand before each audit.

After. Records are kept as the work happens and are ready when an auditor asks.

Example project. A sawmill tracks downtime on a whiteboard. The first project records stoppages by machine and cause, so maintenance can target the repeat failures. This is an illustration, not a client.

Questions

Common questions

Our sites have poor connectivity. Does that rule this out?

No. Site forms can work offline and sync when a connection is available.

Can this help with audits?

Yes. Keeping records as the work happens is usually the fastest win for audit preparation.
