Who we work with

AI for Canadian builders and contractors

On most jobs, the numbers arrive late. Estimates, change orders and costs sit in different places until someone pulls them together.

Projects

Where AI pays off first in construction

Estimating and takeoffs

Today. Estimators measure drawings and price each line by hand.

After. Quantities and prices are drafted from drawings and past bids. The estimator checks and adjusts.

Change orders

Today. Changes are agreed on site and priced weeks later, if at all.

After. Each change is logged, priced and sent for approval the same week.

Job costing

Today. Actual costs show up at month end, after the overrun.

After. Costs by job update weekly from time, purchasing and subcontractor bills.

Safety and site reports

Today. Paper forms are filled in on site and filed in the office.

After. Reports are captured on a phone and summarized for the people who need to act.

Example project. A general contractor finds cost overruns only at month end. The first project pulls time, purchasing and subcontractor bills into weekly cost by job. This is an illustration, not a client.

Questions

Common questions

Do our site crews need new software?

Usually not. We start with the tools they use today and add a phone form only where paper is the bottleneck.

Can AI read our drawings?

It can draft quantities from many drawing types. An estimator still checks every takeoff before it goes into a bid.
